We're a blank canvas and provide only the field spaces so you can then hire a marquee/tipi/tent etc. from a supplier of your choice. Caterers, entertainment and any other services you wish to have will need to be arranged by you to suit your requirements.

Our meadow has access to mains electricity, water for catering and own own toilets, saving you the time and process of arranging these.

To confirm your booking and secure your date, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit. We also ask for a music/damages deposit payable with the final balance, which will be returned to you 14 days after your event if the terms and conditions are met. Our full terms and conditions will be sent to you for your reference and agreement.

Please contact us for up to date prices and special offers for the hiring of the Little Oak Cornwall site.

This depends on the type/style of event and the marquee you have. The design you choose for inside your marquee also needs to be taken into account (e.g. if you have a dance floor, sitting/standing guests etc.). The maximum amount of people allowed on site is 150.

Little Oak Cornwall has an area for free parking onsite. We're conscious of the environment and emissions impact, so request where possible, car sharing and/or encouraging guests to travel via minibus hire etc. to reduce their carbon footprint.

Please speak to us about camping and luxury camping options on our site. There are many hotels, bed and breakfasts, self-catering cottages and caravan/camping sites in the local vicinity too.

You will need to apply for and purchase a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) from Cornwall Council for any of the following licensable activities:
